Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's site.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shellsandstitchesco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
